Thrive & Shine Maids was founded in 2024 by Sandi Tamplin, a proud mom of two toddler boys with a heart full of ambition and a passion for making a difference. After 15 years in retail management, Sandi made the bold decision to step away from the corporate world and build something bigger, something that would support her family long-term and bring real value to others.

Driven by a lifelong love of cleanliness and a desire for more flexibility after becoming a mom, Sandi launched Thrive & Shine Maids as a solo cleaner. What started as a one-woman operation quickly grew into a trusted local business with an amazing administrative assistant and a team of reliable contractors who treat every home like it’s their own.
