After 15 years in retail management, Sandi made the decision to step away from the corporate world and build something of her own. Something that would support her family long-term and bring real value to her neighbors.
With a lifelong love of a clean home and a need for more flexibility as a mom, Sandi launched Thrive & Shine Maids as a solo cleaner. What started as a one-woman operation quickly grew into a trusted local business with a great administrative assistant and a team of reliable contractors who treat every home like it's their own.
