Welcome to Thrive & Shine Maids ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Thrive & Shine Maids provides residential cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Submitting a request (including through our website, phone, or text message) does not guarantee booking until approved and confirmed by our team.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by our team.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients may request changes to service dates or services, but all changes must be approved by our team.

3. Payments & Billing

  • A valid credit or debit card may be required on file prior to service.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
  • If an invoice is not paid, we reserve the right to charge the card on file after a reasonable period (typically within 7 days).
  • Additional services or add-ons requested may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Late cancellations or last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.
  • Same-day changes are not guaranteed and must be approved.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service:

  • Provide accurate service details and access to the property
  • Secure pets and valuables prior to service
  • Reduce excessive clutter to allow efficient cleaning

Failure to prepare the space may impact the quality or scope of service.

6. Satisfaction & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, damage, or conditions beyond normal cleaning scope.

7. Liability

While we take care to protect your home and belongings:

  • Thrive & Shine Maids is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

8. SMS & Communications (TCR Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Thrive & Shine Maids related to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates or changes
  • Customer support communications

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP – to unsubscribe
  • HELP – for assistance

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
